Crisis Support

This is not a crisis service, even if you become a client. If you, or someone you know is at immediate risk or require emergency support, please call triple zero (000) or present to the emergency department of your nearest hospital.

If the matter is urgent and you wish to speak to someone you can call Lifeline (13 11 14) for 24/7 support.

Safe Spaces

Safe spaces are non-clinical, peer-led support options for individuals experiencing suicidal distress. These environments offer an alternative to hospital services and are typically staffed by peer workers who have personal experience with mental health challenges and suicidal distress.

Safe spaces are now operating in six Australian states and territories. Find more information, and a location near you on the 'lifeinmind' website.
